Roland escargot (very large snails) are premium quality and packed without shells. There are 24 giant snails per can, and they are of uniform size. They are carefully cleaned, well cooked, and tender! They can be served in shells, an escargot dish, or in mushroom caps, with garlic herb butter placed over the top of each and baked in the oven until bubbling.
